My name is Brenda, a Latino-American animator and illustrator from the Midwest.

I am working towards a bachelor's degree in Illustration-Based Animation from Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. I am a fun and hardworking person to have on any project. My strong sense of shape language, color choices, and storytelling bring work to life. My work has evolved taking influenced by mythology, folklore and legends from all around the world, for it holds great potential for exploring new interpretations. But you could probably tell that I mainly work from my background, as I bring many cultural and Meso-American references to the art that I do!
